● Develop CodinGame’s demand generation strategy including investment by digital
channel and market segment at an international level.

● Manage marketing analytics and reporting (dashboards and reports to measure end-
to-end campaign effectiveness across marketing campaigns)

● Measure and report performance for all B2B marketing efforts, multiply experiments
and assess against goals with KPI’s.

● Improve current plans and identify new SaaS pricing and offers.

● Implement innovative campaigns across channels that engage target audiences,
primarily to reduce churn and increase conversions.

● Lead customer insights and segmentation on exterior markets, conduct market research
and competition analysis to validate marketing strategy and/or messaging.

● Evaluate and capitalize on trends and new technologies in SaaS marketing to generate
pioneering SaaS marketing strategies.

● Work with Product Manager to translate value proposition into positioning,
messaging and proof points.

● Build strong relationships across the company with other departments including Content,
Growth, Sales, and Tech to develop integrated marketing programs
